Process and Timeline

Once you’ve purchased your package, you’ll receive access to your personal client portal, where all project details, tasks, and communication will be centralized. We’ll start by gathering insights through pre-work, schedule a kick-off call to explore your vision further, and from there, we’ll begin crafting your custom website. Our process is collaborative, seamless, and designed to bring your brand’s vision to life.

Signature Shopify Website
This is a full-scope, custom build that typically takes 4–6 weeks from start to launch. After your pre-work is submitted, we’ll move through strategy, design, and development in distinct phases—each one thoughtfully mapped out inside your client portal. The timeline allows for clarity, collaboration, and refinement, so your site doesn’t just look good—it works beautifully and supports long-term growth.
Studio Session (20-Hour Package)
With 20 hours to work from, we can move quickly and intentionally on smaller-scale builds, refinements, or site evolutions. Timelines vary depending on how we choose to allocate your hours, but most Studio Sessions unfold over 2–3 weeks with clear priorities, focused momentum, and full transparency on progress via your client portal.
